Marketing Director

The Marketing Director assists the owner in creating and executing an effective marketing strategy to increase participation in our programs both in person and digitally. This is a part time position between 5-10 hours per week. The responsibilities of the Marketing Director include but are not limited to:

• Assist in developing a detailed marketing plan in conjunction with other company directors and the owner that incorporates our programming and how we can promote it, including physical means, email lists, website, social media, and through brand representatives and sponsorship.

• Create weekly email blasts along with other niche email marketing as needed.

• Manage Volley Life social media accounts, which includes:

1. Create and post consistent and engaging content on our social media platforms.

2. Responding to messages and comments appropriately.

3. Tagging and hashtagging appropriately.

4. Exploiting trends.

5. Creating a way for other staff members to contribute to media, content, and posts during their shifts.

• Create graphics.

• Assist in creating activation opportunities for our brand and our sponsors at our events and other outreach opportunities.

• Create promotions and sales to increase traffic and revenue.

• Track data that shows the success of failure of our tactics and strategy.

• Integrate sales platforms for Mas Volley to track inventory and sell through as many options as possible. 

• Meet weekly with the owner and other company directors.

• Execute additional tasks given by the Owner.

Compensation:

• Starting at $20.00/hour

Videographer

The Videographer captures our programming and creates exciting and engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This is a part time position with flexible hours. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in creating a plan for how to develop the style of content (the brand) so Volley Life and Mas Volley have a unique and interesting voice that will increase our viewers and engagement.

• Capture footage of all of our tournaments and some of our leagues, camps, and clinics.

• Edit & publish footage.

• Meet weekly with the owner and other company directors.

• Execute additional tasks given by the Owner.

Compensation:

• Starting at $20.00/hour

LEAGUE COORDINATOR

The League Coordinator executes the daily functions that enable Volley Life to provide beach volleyball to the community. This is a part time position between 15-25 hours per week. The responsibilities of the League Coordinator include but are not limited to:

• Execute daily checklist

• Set up and tear down

• Assist in reschedules

• Provide excellent customer service

• Enter scores and no -shows

• Maintain equipment

• Execute social media requirements

• Execute additional tasks given by Owner or League Director

Compensation:

• Starting at $13.00/hour
